Don't be Square!

Good morning all,

 

I hope this post finds you in good health. Today the schools are on holiday and all of next week because it is Eid Al Adha tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday and end of term.  Where have the last 9 weeks gone?  It only seems like yesterday i was worrying about my little man starting school for the first time and now it's end of term 1 already!  

 

Eid tomorrow means a little shopping spree today to buy some pressies for little man and maybe hubby! Oh, and some scrummy food unless i can persuade hubby to take us out for dinner.

 

Anyway, enough from me, i am really here to tell you about this week's challenge at Charisma Cardz.

And here is my card. An octagon card base using 'Marco' from the Digi Stamp Boutique. The papers are from Echo Park and the sentiment from my PC. I coloured this cute image with copics.

DT card for Paper Lane

Good morning all,

The sun is shining here in Scotland but for how long, i don't know!   I am just about to rush out the door to go and see The Gruffalo so this is just a quick post today to show you a DT card i made for Paper Lane.

I used Echo Park Paradise Beach paper collection.  I went for a nice bright bold theme with lots of colour and layers. I made the flower using a Hero Arts stamp set and lots of layers from this beautiful paper collection. The leaves are a Sizzix die cut coloured with Tim Holtz distress inks. The corner die cut is by Cheery Lynn.

Little Cutie!

Hello crafters, hope you are all having a good day. Today, i want to share with you two cards that i have made. This is my first proper attempt at using digis and i had fun!
